All the staff held the perfect balance between garding enough privacy fur us and, at the same time, making us feel at home. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment ( visible in some corners of the hotel) . This means that this hotel is investing in it's future and wellbeing of guests to come . That is a very good sign

Went for a weekend getaway to relax - the hotel delivered a perfect experience.

Fantastic! We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was light-filled with a great view of the lake. The bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the two other meals we ate here. The swimming pool was a great place to relax (and warm up after a dip in the lake).

Excellent hotel, great experience, everyone was very nice and kind. Help with anything and at any time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great breakfast. We had an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay over 2 days. We received upgraded rooms - large, comfortable and with views, most welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful. We made use of the pool facilities and rode the hotel bikes around the lake. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinners. Thanks for making our stay very memorable

Very good. Steven was very helpful securing us a table for a lovely dinner. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The check in staff were very helpful. The room was excellent with a fabulous view. We had a great stay. It was just too short unfortunately.

The hotel is wonderful, in an amazing location. On the lake side, in the center of town. Great breakfast, and dinner. The pool was nice, a bit on the cold side. Would recommend it to family and friends.
